Question: I can't find something I'm looking for?

Answer: Try just using the person first or last name. We put in some key search words but the more you put in the less of a chance you have to find what you looking for. Be simple. If you still can't find it write to us, we may have it.

Question: How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after we receive them. Unless otherwise stated it is shipped through the US Post office and can take between 2-5 days in the US and Canada.

Question: When I call all I get is a answering machine?

We do this as a side job from my 7-4 job that pays the bills. That is why there is a machine and I do call back everyone who calls ASAP. The only reason for any delay would be if we are out of town, getting new inventory or doing a show.

Question: What is UACC?

Answer: UACC is the Universal Autograph Collector's Club. There a certian rules and standards that have to be upheld in order to be a member. If you want more info about them go to www.uacc.org.

Question:Where do you obtain your autographs?

Answer: 98% are obtained in person at various openings, after parties and such. We do buy some from private collectors and from estate auctions as well. If you are wondering how we obtained a certain photo ask we'd be more than happy to let you know

Question: I have an autograph I would like to sell, what do I do?

Answer: Feel free to contact us either by phone or through email

Question: How do you determine the price of your autographs?

Answer: Many factors go into determining the price of a photo: The content of the photo (is this person known for his/her role shown in photo), how easy/hard it is to obtain the autograph. There is also a printed guide we use which can be purchased at most book stores. We also have browsed hundreds of sites on the web, we try to make my prices for items we see out on the web lower than anywhere we've seen them. Compared to many sites out there my site is either the same , slightly higher (not often but it happens) or lower (happens much more often).

Question: Do you run sales or specials?

Answer: Yes. Most sales are posted on the front page and flyers are given out at the trade shows we attend.

Question: Is everything you have here on the website?

Answer: NO. We have plenty more items.... toys, sports memorabilia and autographs. We have signed baseballs, footballs,pucks, tons of action figures. We're putting new things up as often as we can, but if you would like something you don't see write me or call we might have it, and if I don't we will do my best to get it.
